Facebook page is growing!

It's exciting to think of how it wasn't too long ago that we were making the push to break 300 likes for our The Fit Factory Facebook page. It is exciting, because it didn't take long to break past the 300 mark and now at over 330 the new goal is to pass 500! I want to see 500 plus The Fit Factory fans on our Facebook page. This is something that I know we can do. On The Fit Factory Facebook page we keep everyone up to date on events with The Fit Factory, our clients and our competing athletes. It use to be that we would simply show up, win shows, and people would talk about it. Now there is a forum to see pictures from these shows that otherwise would never be available. Besides pictures we are able to offer a glimpse into the training and what it takes to prepare and train high intensity to change a physique and get ready for a show. And while not every one will have the desire to compete, remember, losing weight is science, but it is not ROCKET SCIENCE!!! There are simple, but yet, proven methods. While everyone feels they are different the human body from one person to the next varies very little physiologically. There are physiological facts about the human physique that hold true for everyone. It brings me joy to see client after client come to our training facility and change their physique. And change their life! We are very involved and engaged in the training and nutrition of ALL our clients. You will find that this personal attention to detail and above all progress sets us apart from any other facility. Not to mention that we have the best if not only FULLY EQUIPPED facility hands down!!!
