Our goal in opening a training facility was to continue putting our customer first by fulfilling all of the voids expressed by them. We came to the realization that those seeking help in transforming their physiques need to be educated and not just led from one piece of equipment to the next. From the very first session, our clients learn the basics of training and diet. The program is built around allowing the client to make diet choices according to their food preferences. Each macronutrient is categorized and many choices given so the client eats what they want to eat (within the provided choices). Supplementation recommendations are given according to the clients specific goal, and tied into their respective diet plans.

The training portion of our plan revolves around HIT (high intensity training). This is a system of training invented by Arthur Jones who coincidently invented Nautilus exercise equipment. The premise of the system revolves around using our finite recovery ability to its full potential by working a given exercise to the point of muscular failure. Such training takes a maximum amount of effort, therefore the actual workload is decreased to one “working” set. In a nutshell, maximum effort exerted in brief and infrequent workouts yield the fastest results in changing the musculature of the human body. We live and die with this system, as it works for all trainees despite the goal. The goal only dictates caloric intake and the amount of prescribed cardio training (which our clients perform on their own schedule either at home, the gym, or within our facility).
