No Excuses - Time To Get In Shape

Now that 2011 has arrived, are we ready to embrace its challenges as we set out to push towards our goals? I would like to assist everyone with their fitness goals; help them get in shape and realize their greatest physical potential. However, while we can show you the way, the real work is up to you. If you find that getting in shape is once again at the top of your New Year’s Resolution list, then what happened to last year’s goal of getting in shape? If you’re not in shape now, then what is your reason for not following through last year? Usually an ‘excuse’ is the culprit...

Please don’t tell me… I can guess what many will say, “I don’t have time”… Or, “It cost too much money”. Those are two excuses I am ready to eliminate for you this year.

TIME – We have time for those things that are most important in our lives. Studies show that here in the United States, we actually have more idle time than any other country. Use our little friend, Google, and you will find some studies reporting American homes keeping their TV sets on for as much as 8 hours a day!! This, coupled with a growing obesity epidemic, would suggest that most people have free time and they are using their free time to eat and watch TV. In contrast, getting in shape can take much less time than you might think. While some extremist may practically live in the gym, you can make a transformation in a few months, with as little as 3 hours a week training with us and implementing a proper nutritional program.

MONEY– Times are tough. Politicians would have you believe we are in a recession and some feel we are just short of another depression. And, while many feel the squeeze, what would be worse than a squeeze on your pocket book? Failing to take care of your physical health can result in a squeeze on your life! The benefits to physical exercise are quite numerous. Not only will following our program transform your physical appearance, but this training will contribute to a longer, healthier life. Take a look at how many times a month you might eat out. Look at the beverages you are purchasing. Do you have any expensive habits? One of our clients explained to me how she quit eating out, quit smoking, and quit drinking sodas. Once she calculated the amount of money she saved by giving up those three things, then she had more than enough money for a personal trainer.
