It' s always an exciting time of year when the Sacramento Bodybuilding Championships comes around. This year we had no rain for the first time in recent memory, a big plus in my book... I always liked competing on sunny days; kind of the light at the end of the tunnel after months of a drab diet. This year also brought IFBB Pro Bikini, a jam packed Crest Theatre, and the reinforcement of Men's physique and Women's bikini as the dominant classes (from a numbers perspective).
